During the training we will dive into the deep intelligence of our bodies. You’ll learn how to connect with and transfer this embodied knowledge into life and how to support others in doing the same – through movement, breath, touch, specific verbal guidance and a variety of practical tools that shape a Fluentbody™ session.

All material will be taught by Florencia Lamarca, with the support of the Fluentbody team.

Fluentbody is about finding belonging, relief and freedom in being human. As life moves us in many ways, guiding us into a quest for care and resilience, we learn to move with it, naturally. In this dialogue, Fluentbody roots us in connection and embodied aliveness that has the potential to reach beyond personal experience into how we relate to each other and the world in general. It is a necessary return to our bodies that ripples far.

Fluentbody™ is a method based on somatic principles recentering our body as a source of safety, aliveness, generosity and knowledge. Because of that we weave together theory about how to use the specific tools and extensive space for actual practice, emphasizing experiential learning through personal evidence and lived experience.

It is important to us that we further learn how to integrate these teachings into our own life, ensuring the material reaches beyond theory.
