Fluentbody Intensive
This intensive is an invitation to slow down, go deeper, and let the practice meet you where you are, while being supported by the depth of collective practice.
Whether you are a Fluentbody facilitator or a dedicated lover of the practice, these two days offer space to explore what it means to truly inhabit your body: to move, sense, listen, and be moved.
Through guided practice, shared exploration and attentive presence, we create a field of collective depth where your individual experience connects to something larger.
